Summer has flown by in the Okanagan and here we are enjoying another beautiful fall. Well to be honest, it’s actually my first fall in the Okanagan since I moved here last November just in time for winter. I must say that we are truly blessed to live in such a beautiful place. 

I wanted to take a moment to share all of the wonderful changes that have taken place in my Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine practice over the summer here in Vernon. 

I knew no one in Vernon last year when I moved here, but have been warmly greeted and embraced by the community. I can’t thank the team at Tidal Elements enough for allowing me to practice out of their beautiful space while starting my Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine practice here in Vernon! They have you covered for all your health and wellness needs and offer a wonderful team of Massage Therapists, Cranial Sacral Therapists, Reiki Practitioners along with a whole assortment of other amazing healing modalities. They also offer Float Therapy with 3 different float tanks, which are incredibly relaxing and offer a whole plethora of health benefits.

As for me, I’m now practicing full-time from my new home on Middleton Mountain in Vernon.  This is my 3^rd home location that I’ve practiced Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine during my career and by far my favourite :)
